These palms, which have five different levels correspond to the number of consecutive years where a builder, since its accreditation with an APCHQ warranty plan, managed to maintain a rate of justified conciliation below 3%. They therefore constitute a guarantee of seriousness and professionalism that directly benefits the consumer. To access the palms, the company should have recorded an average of two residential units per year.

• Diamond: at least 25 consecutive years of excellence
• Platinum: 15-25 consecutive years of excellence
• Gold: 8-15 consecutive years of excellence
• Silver: 4-8 consecutive years of excellence
• Bronze: 2-4 consecutive years of excellence
